If you are ready to swim more frequently, the next step could be a train & test course. In a relative short period, 3-6 weeks, we focus on technique, physical capability and mental agility. All important aspects for improving your performance!
During this timeframe we meet up in a small group once a week for a one to two hour training program that will feel like a private lesson. Afterwards you have the opportunity to test your new skills in an open water event.
